Day 1

I have decided against going to Herbal Magic, but I will be signing up for meeting for Weight Watchers instead.

For breakfast I have had:

6 strawberries
2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
3/4 cup of greek plain yogurt

Lunch:
Chicken Teriyaki sub from Subway

Snack:
1 cup of V-8 low-sodium juice
