Day 1

I have decided against going to Herbal Magic, but I will be signing up for meeting for Weight Watchers instead.

For breakfast I have had:

6 strawberries
2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
3/4 cup of greek plain yogurt

Lunch:
Chicken Teriyaki sub from Subway

Snack:
1 cup of V-8 low-sodium juice

The night before the change.

I've decided after finding out my mother has diabetes from her years of being overweight, that I really have to do something. I've already had kidney stones before the age of 30 and I feel heavy and out of shape every single day. It's just gotten to the point where I know I need to start eating better and getting some exercise.
Starting tomorrow I write down what I eat and how long I exercise and try to count calories eaten and burned. Here goes nothing.
